INTRODUCTION:-
Hello friends, I hope you all are well and healthy. In todays world we see maximum people are suffering from a very common health problem called obesity.
Actually, In ancient times people are not having these health problem like obesity, blood-pressure, diabetes. This is because of their daily life style.
In ancient times, people are living a healthy life-style by doing regular exercises, eating healthy foods
and also following healthy daily routines.
But, now a days 90% of the people are not having that ancient life-style. Now a days people are just living like the robots. They don't live by their own choice. They just live by the choice of the society.
Now a days people are not living a healthy life style. Maximum people in the world are not doing any kind of exercises. And the most fun thing is maximum people don't like to go out side under the sun. Because they think, if they go outside the sun then their skin becomes dirty and black.
I have seen many people specially girls, in my college life who go to college by holding umbrella.
Because, they think if they comes under the sun they loose their beauty. Which is very shame.
To protect their beauty, they don't know that they are affecting their health.
And not only girls, boys are also doing the same thing.
Some boys are wearing caps on their head and they also hold umbrella to protect them from sun.
They think if they loose their handsomeness then girls don't like them. Which is also a very shame mindset.
And due to which they cannot able to get maximum health benefits of sun. As we all know sun gives us vitamin D, which is very much essential for the body.
And the most interesting thing nowadays people including small boys don't want to walk. If they are to travel a short distance then also they are looking for a bike, scooter or car.
They are so lazy that they even cannot think of walking short distances. But, in ancient times people are walking very large distances from one place to another. They are walking from one states to another states. And even more some gentle-man and ladies are walking with barefoot.
Because, they know that walking barefoot can reduces the risk of blood-pressure.
But, nowadays people are looking for medicines to check their blood-pressure. In ancient times, people don't even know that medicines exist. Whatever they eat and get, they get from nature.
And the most interesting thing is nowadays people are just fan of fast-foods and oily foods.
I have seen in my college life, maximum of my friends are fan of fast-foods and oily foods. They don't like to eat the fruits. Maximum time they likes to eat from outside. And not only my college friends,
in whole India, maximum people are eating fast-foods and oily foods. Just think if people stop eating that fast-foods and unhealthy-foods that it will create a large effect on their life as well as their health.
SOLUTION:-
Now question arises, what is the solution to obesity health problem as I have mentioned above.
The only solution is to have healthy and balanced diet. Simply if you control your diet and start eating
healthy diet, then it will give a great impact on your mental and physical health.
Just control your diet eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible instead of eating fast-foods and un-healthy foods.
And if time permits, then also go on short distance walking. This will create a good blood circulation on your body. Just try to walk slowly.
